چکیده

Background and Study Purpose. Body stability is an important factor in the manifestation of human motor skills. The purpose research to evaluate efficiency balance exercises, applied for 28 weeks, with a frequency one activity / week, on group undergraduate students “Dun?rea de Jos” University Gala?i.
Material Methods. 195 subjects participated (99 males 96 females), divided analysis into 3 groups (underweight, N = 21, age 20.16 ± .38, BMI 17.46 .20); (normal weight, 111, 20.30 .21, 21.70 .17); (overweight obese, 63, 19.90 .18, 30.69 .61). tests were at distinct times: initial T1 beginning academic year, intermediate T2 towards end semester 1 final T3 2. static assessment used (One leg standing test closed eyes, Stork Flamingo test), respectively 4 dynamic (Bass test, Functional reach Walk turn field sobriety Fukuda test).
Results. ANOVA repeated measurements differences between moments highlight most cases values ??of F associated significant thresholds (p <0.05), so there improvement results all groups. are larger than those T3, almost progress higher first semester, 2 slight reduction, as result adapting proposed exercises. Even if they significantly, overweight people has obviously weaker average normal weight underweight people, signaling numerous individual that have problems maintaining commit errors tests. better performances test) cannot be generalized due their small number compared other groups, this aspect can considered new direction investigation.
Conclusions. There premises favorable evolution indices tested group, but it must taken account low fitness level (generated by lack concerns lifestyle based physical activities) facilitated these less spectacular advances, still statistically significant.
